David Mashian Spearheading Business Development Campaign
David Mashian will be spearheading a business development campaign, promoting SVN services, with emphasis on expanding Sperry Van Ness commercial brokerage by recruiting new agents. David will be engaged in other business development activity for SVN, such as securing contracts for property management and receiverships, as well as raising capital for investments.
David joined SVN October 1st and is well known in the brokerage community. He started his career in commercial real estate in 2001 with Sperry Van Ness (Los Angeles). We welcome his return to our SVN family. Before coming to SVN, David was Managing Director for the West Los Angeles office of KW Commercial, the commercial real estate arm of Keller Williams Realty, Inc. While at KW, David was active in recruiting and led the creation of four commercial divisions located in West Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Marina del Rey and Santa Monica.
David Mashian’s commercial real estate experience has included work in sales and leasing of apartments and retail properties, as well as real estate development. We are excited with the opportunities David's development efforts will provide and wish him success.
