Deanna Smith, Portfolio Manager for Sperry Van Ness Asset Management, joined the Sperry Van Ness team in March of 2010 with more than twenty years of real estate management experience. Through the years her experience includes office, retail and industrial real estate management and leasing.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Deanna managed a 500,000 SF office building project, along with 600,000 SF of industrial projects in Southern California. Experience strengths include tenant retention, construction management, budgets and mentoring junior management. Deanna holds a real estate license and is a member of ICSC and BOMA.
