Dave Bueche is a 38 year veteran of the Orange County commercial real estate market and is experienced in literally all aspects of the commercial real estate industry. As Senior Vice President of Sperry Van Ness Asset Management & Leasing, he specializes in the leasing, disposition and acquisition of retail, office and industrial properties.

Bueche's real estate career began in Orange County in the early 1970's when the county's two-lane crowned highways were lined on both sides with Eucalyptus trees to act as wind-breaks for the orange groves. His first real estate job was as a commercial and industrial sales and leasing specialist. With the growth of the County, his career expanded into other diverse real estate fields, including land subdivision and sales; real estate finance; retail brokerage, development, and management; office development, brokerage and management; loan brokerage, apartment management and marketing, and other real estate oriented areas.

His career highlights include being the leasing agent and property manager for the Chrysler Building in the Irvine Spectrum, Circle Business Center in Long Beach and Coast Federal Bank Building in Long Beach.

Bueche earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Finance, from California State University, Fullerton and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and licensed Notary Public. His memberships, past and present, include:
