Dennis R. Moore is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Washington serving as a Vice President with Sperry Van Ness in their Irvine, California corporate location. He specializes in office and industrial transactions and has represented nationally renowned clients such as SBC/Cingular Wireless, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and Dish Network. Moore has an extensive background in landlord and tenant representation, the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties, commercial real estate investment and analysis, and corporate strategic planning and consultation. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Moore served as an associate broker with the Andover Company, an office and industrial brokerage firm located in Seattle, Washington. Previously, Moore was an owner and operating manager in the floor covering industry where he was involved in manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing. Active in the commercial real estate industry, Moore is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, one of commercial real estate's highest professional designations indicating a standard for excellence regarding realty advisory services. Moore completed the Executive Management program at the University of Washington Graduate School of Business, and holds his bachelor's degree from San Diego State University. He served in the United States Air Force including service as an Air Force Academy Liaison Officer.
