Joe Tacelli brings to Sperry Van Ness over twenty-five years of investment real estate experience. Joe specializes in the Multifamily sector.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Mr. Tacelli developed and managed real estate investment syndications for both residential and commercial properties. His work has focused on forming partnerships and raising capital to purchase and rehab multifamily, hospitality, retirement/assisted living and office properties in the Midwest. He is also involved with historic commercial properties using federal and state tax credits.

Mr. Tacelli attended California State Fullerton and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He holds a Masters Degree in Education and is a former Teacher in both the Saddleback and Capistrano Unified School Districts.

He is a licensed California broker and holds the coveted CCIM Designation as a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry.
Mr. Tacelli is a Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and a volunteer for the American Cancer Society.
