Larry DeSantis is a senior advisor at Sperry Van Ness. With more than eight years of commercial real estate experience, Larry specializes in investment property in Southern California. Since Larry prides himself on being “client oriented,” he has assisted many of his clients in both product type and location transitioning. As a result, he has completed transactions from California, to as far away as New York.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Larry served as a senior management executive for the City of Santa Ana. Until 1992, he was an administrator and executive manager for the highly recognized Santa Ana Police Department. Larry has over 30 years of progressive business experience covering a wide range of functions and projects.

Some of Larry’s recent career highlights include the sale of W.A. Wilde Company, a 50-acre, 171,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Holliston, Massachusetts; the sale of the historic Post Office and Village, a 120,000 sq. ft. retail/office complex in Evansville, Indiana; the sale of the Laguna Canyon Automotive and Self-Storage facility, in Laguna Beach, California; the sale of a 50,000 sq. ft. Dicks Sporting Goods NNN Single Tenant property in Topeka, Kansas; the sale of the 5-Star Apartments, a 27,000 sq. ft. multifamily property in Montclair, California; and the sale of a 7-Eleven anchored shopping center, a 10,000 sq. ft. retail property in Westminster, California. The 7-Eleven center sold over list price with a record breaking CAP rate and price per square foot.

Larry is a member of the highly sought after Sperry Van Ness' 4400 Club, has been the recipient of the company’s Achievers’ Award and has been one of Sperry Van Ness' top 30 advisors nationwide. He earned his master's in business administration from the University of Redlands, California.
