1983 – 1991 The Hanes Company Inc. – Senior Investment Consultant: Specialized in the brokering of multi-residential and commercial properties in excess of $1,000,000 in the geographic area known as the 710 Freeway Corridor and the South Bay. Achieved Senior Investment Consultant designation (highest designation in the company). Responsible for managing the South Bay Office of the Hanes Company Inc. for 6 months in 1989. Achieved Top Ten Company Wide Earner designation in 1987, 1988 and 1990. Highlights include the personal representation of the company owner H Bruce Hanes in the disposition of the South Bay Headquarter Office and the representation of Occidental College.

1991 – Current Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate, Inc. - Vice President: Specialist in multi-residential and commercial properties in excess of $1,000,000. Personally and exclusively represented institutional clients in the disposition of their real estate including, Western Federal Bank, Glendale Federal Savings Bank, United Savings Bank, GE Capital, Colony Advisors, the JE Roberts Company and the RTC. Recently appointed Exclusive Representative for the Jenkins Family Trust in the disposition of their $91,000,000 national portfolio of Mobile Home Parks that included properties in North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, Alabama, Georgia and California. National Top 10 Income Earner and Partner Circle recipient in 1997 and 2004. Achiever Award Recipient in 1995, 1996, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, , 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Humanitarian of the Year awarded in 2004.

Non Profit/Volunteer Experience:
1997 – Present – Harvest Rock: Along with my wife Gloria we have established a non-profit organization that through our church has fed and clothed homeless and needy families. Included is the teaching of these individuals ‘life-principles’ geared towards enabling them to improve their current situations. We have seen the group that we are impacting grow to approximately 75 – 100 people a week and this ‘opportunity to give back’ has required approximately 15 – 20 hours a week of our time on a volunteer basis.
